Summary: This is a book of poetry for children. What makes this poetry book so unique is that it features poems from all over the world, not just the traditional ones from the United States. There are poem(s) from Italy, France, Greece, Japan, China, Australia, Africa, United States, England, Spain, Korea, Poland, Mexico, and Germany. Each poem has beautiful illustrations with it that are unique to whatever country the poem is from. This would be an excellent poetry book to have in a classroom library. This poetry book would be a great way to include diversity in classroom literature and a wonderful way to expose students to different cultures.
